the 11th-floor terrace of the City Hall, located on Avenida 18 de Julio.La Carreta. This monument of a covered wagon pulled by oxen is 
one of the famous sculptures that enhance many of Montevideo's parks.Please Note: Beware of pickpockets and purse snatchers. Do not
